Overview
We are looking to onboard a Dermatology Therapist & Care Counsellor to support patients throughout their skin and aesthetic treatment journey.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on clinical experience in dermatology, including assisting doctors during procedures and managing post-treatment care. Strong patient communication and counselling skills are essential.

Dermatology Therapist & Care Counsellor (1–2 Positions)

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Support

• Assist dermatologists during procedures (lasers, peels, PRP, injectables, minor procedures, etc.)
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain clinical hygiene protocols
• Support in patient preparation before procedures
• Provide post-procedure care and dressing assistance
• Monitor patient comfort and safety during treatments

Patient Counselling & Care Coordination

• Counsel patients on treatment plans, expected outcomes, and timelines
• Educate patients on pre-care and post-care instructions
• Address common doubts related to procedures, recovery, and results
• Build patient confidence and ensure clarity on treatment pathways
• Follow up with patients for review visits and aftercare compliance
• Maintain detailed notes and update CRM with patient journey status

Candidate Profile
Experience

• 1–4 years of experience in a dermatology clinic or aesthetic center
• Experience assisting in dermatological procedures is mandatory
• Exposure to laser treatments, chemical peels, acne treatments, PRP, or cosmetic dermatology is preferred
• Experience in patient counselling or care coordination is a plus

Education

• Diploma / Degree in Dermatology Therapy, Nursing, Cosmetology, or Allied Health Sciences
• Certified skin therapist qualification preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,104.46 - ₹41,323.66 per month
