- Execute all procurement and supply procedures based on requests from relevant departments/sections.
- Prepare and draft contracts and agreements.
- Source and evaluate suppliers and obtain quotations.
- Review contracts and ensure their compliance with approved policies and procedures.
- Follow up on contract implementation and ensure supplier compliance with agreed terms.
- Maintain and organize procurement and contract records.
- Prepare periodic reports on procurement and contracts and submit them to management.
- Contribute to the development of procurement policies and procedures and improve the procurement cycle.
- Coordinate with other departments to identify needs and ensure they are efficiently met.
- Comply with procurement and contract-related regulations and laws.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or an equivalent field.- 0 to 3 years of experience in procurement and contracts.
- Good knowledge of procurement and contract laws and regulations.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
