  • Execute all procurement and supply procedures based on requests from relevant departments/sections.
  • Prepare and draft contracts and agreements.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers and obtain quotations.
  • Review contracts and ensure their compliance with approved policies and procedures.
  • Follow up on contract implementation and ensure supplier compliance with agreed terms.
  • Maintain and organize procurement and contract records.
  • Prepare periodic reports on procurement and contracts and submit them to management.
  • Contribute to the development of procurement policies and procedures and improve the procurement cycle.
  • Coordinate with other departments to identify needs and ensure they are efficiently met.
  • Comply with procurement and contract-related regulations and laws.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or an equivalent field.
  • 0 to 3 years of experience in procurement and contracts.
  • Good knowledge of procurement and contract laws and regulations.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
