Design Ambassador

Ligne Roset Houston is looking for dynamic individuals, committed to outstanding client relations and luxury brand standards, to join our retail sales team as Sales Consultant/Design Ambassador at our Houston Ligne Roset showroom. The ideal candidates aggressively works to achieve monthly and annual sales goals through maintaining and expanding clients, serve as an ambassador for the brand and can work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. A commercially driven sales role for someone with excellent sales instincts and mindset, able to grow both retail and trade business, develop larger projects, and upsell with confidence.

What you will do:

  • Master the Ligne Roset collection and custom capabilities, becoming the go-to product expert for clients and designers.
  • Drive individual monthly and annual sales targets, with a proactive focus on larger projects, upselling, and repeat business.
  • Guide end users and trade clients through the full purchase journey. Design consultation, fabric and finish selection, order tracking, project management, delivery coordination, and post-installation follow-up.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with private clients and residential interior designers through home visits, outside presentations, calls, and email.
  • Build and maintain a client list across both retail customers and the interior design trade.
  • Offer home design visits, measuring, floor planning, and furniture selection to support and close sales.
  • Own client care end to end, including resolving customer service issues for your accounts.
  • Create a welcoming, professional showroom environment and contribute to daily operations, including maintaining showroom presentation.
  • Be available to work most weekends.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.

What we would like you to bring to us:

  • 4+ years of sales experience in luxury retail, ideally with exposure to furniture, design, or high-value considered purchases.
  • Exceptional client relationship skills, with a natural ability to build trust and loyalty.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and a keen eye for spotting and developing sales opportunities.
  • Genuine interest and ability in interior design, floor planning, and color theory.
  • Strong writing and communication skills across in-person, phone, and email.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization, with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • A quick learner and hard worker with natural curiosity, a positive attitude, and a willingness to ask questions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Pay: $42,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
