Design and Architecture Engineer

A full-time Design and Architecture Engineer providing architectural support to property management, including design coordination, material selection, site support, and preparation of drawings, BOQs, and reports in collaboration with internal teams.

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and service-driven Design and Architecture Engineer to join our thriving Property management team. The role will be based in West of Cairo. Flexibility and a willing attitude are vital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on the consultancy projects from the architecture perspective with delivering the requested data as per the deliverable’s dates

• Support the Marketing and Commercialisation team with events regarding the locations and any LODs issuing

• Work with all property managers on the new modifications needed for each property

• Work on the design for all the new CAPEX projects

• Support the FM team with materials selection

• Liaise with the procurement team the needed finishing materials by asking suppliers for samples and price updates

• Assist during site visits by capturing issues and preparing reports

• Draft initial mood boards, sketch concepts, and design alternatives.

• Support client presentations, diagrams, workflows, and storytelling.

• Support the Site team with creating the needed BOQ for the needed projects

• Amend any new modifications needed at the digital map for Arkan

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a multinational environment.

• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketchup & Photoshop.

• Good understanding of materials, finishes, and FF&E.

• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. Able to work independently and collaboratively.
