Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media and Marketing Intern to join our team. You will work closely with our marketing department to enhance our online presence, execute digital marketing strategies, and engage with our target audience. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management:
• Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Tik Tok and LinkedIn).
• Monitor social media trends and suggest new ideas for content and campaigns.
• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to build a strong online community.
• Content Creation:
• Design graphics, write captions, and create short-form videos aligned with the brand's tone and style.
• Collaborate with the team to produce blog posts, newsletters, and promotional emails.
• Digital Marketing:
• Support the execution of paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google Ads, and Pinterest.
• Analyze and report the performance of campaigns to optimize for better results.
• Research target audience behavior to refine marketing strategies.
• Brand Growth and Awareness:
• Engage with influencers and creators for partnerships and collaborations.
• Help brainstorm and execute strategies to increase brand visibility.
• Market Research:
• Conduct competitive analysis and identify emerging trends in the home linen and affordable luxury market.

Qualifications & Skills

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar graphic design software.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles, including SEO and SEM.
• Strong written, verbal, analytical and communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
