Design Architect

Our client, a globally renowned luxury business, is seeking a talented Design Architect to join their expanding team in Dubai. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the architectural and design development of world-class retail and hospitality environments that reflect the brand’s timeless elegance and refined aesthetic.

As a Design Architect , you will support the conceptualization, development, and execution of design projects. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external consultants to ensure each project aligns with the brand’s creative vision, technical standards, and architectural integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support architectural design concepts for boutiques, retail spaces, hospitality projects, and corporate environments.
• Translate brand guidelines and design intent into detailed drawings, layouts, and presentations.
• Collaborate with project managers, visual teams, and consultants to ensure consistency and quality in execution.
• Coordinate with local architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure brand design standards are met across all phases of the project.
• Assist in material selection, finishes, lighting, and spatial detailing, ensuring alignment with the brand’s luxury positioning.
• Participate in design reviews, site visits, and project evaluations to monitor quality and compliance.
• Stay updated on design trends, materials, and technologies relevant to luxury retail and hospitality design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
• 3–4 years of professional experience, ideally within luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end design firms.
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and finishes suited to luxury environments.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
• Excellent presentation, coordination, and communication skills.
• A keen eye for craftsmanship, proportion, and aesthetics with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment.
