Design Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and creative Building design Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs, preparing technical drawings, coordinating with consultants and project teams, and overseeing projects from concept to completion. The role requires strong design skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to ensure projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Propose architectural concepts, plans, and relevant drawings from scratch

• Prepare 2D and 3D design presentations and technical documentation

• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients

• Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and project requirements

• Conduct site visits (on request only)

• Review project architectural related shop drawings

• Assist in obtaining approvals and permits from relevant authorities

• Manage project schedules and support in timely project completion

• Maintain design quality and ensure accuracy in all deliverables

• Collaborate with project teams to resolve design and construction issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• Minimum 3–5 years of architectural experience
• UAE experience is an advantage
• AI awareness for presentation and design enhancement is a major advantage
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3Ds max
• Strong design, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks
