Design Architect Engineer (BIM & Revit Expert) - Join Immediately

Job Summary:

The Design Architect Engineer will be responsible for delivering high-quality architectural designs using advanced BIM methodologies and tools, particularly Autodesk Revit. The ideal candidate must possess strong design capabilities, coordination experience, and a thorough understanding of Qatari regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage architectural design deliverables through all stages (concept, schematic, detailed design, and IFC).
• Produce high-quality BIM models and documentation in Autodesk Revit according to industry standards and BIM protocols.
• Lead BIM coordination with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to resolve design conflicts.
• Implement and maintain BIM drawings and ensure team compliance.
• Prepare and present conceptual and detailed architectural designs, 3D visualizations, and diagrams.
• Prepare and follow up with authorities (DC1, DC2 & Completion, etc…)
• Support BIM training and mentoring within the team.
• Participate in design workshops, internal reviews, and coordination meetings.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• MMUP/UPDA Certification is mandatory for consultant roles in Qatar.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in architectural design, with proven Revit and BIM expertise.
• Experience in large-scale commercial, residential, or public projects in the GCC is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of local building regulations and municipality standards.

Technical Skills:

• Expert in Autodesk Revit (Architecture) – modeling, families, annotations, and worksets.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360, and MS Office.
• Visualization tools: SketchUp, Lumion, 3DMax, Rhino, Photoshop, etc.
• Familiarity with clash detection, model coordination, and LOD requirements.
• Understanding of ISO 19650, COBie, and BIM standards is a plus.
