Design Architect / PM

We are currently hiring a Design Architect / PM urgently , the candidate has to have 8+ years of experience in Doha and at 5 years in same field.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain strong communication skills to handle clients effectively and professionally.
• Oversee all design process architecture, structure, MEP, Interior and Landscape.
• Coordinate between different design teams.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and client requirements.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout all project phases.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in Grade-A consultancy firm.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• in Design Architect /PM: 8 years (Preferred)
• PM in Qatar: 5 years (Preferred)
• Working in Grade A consultancy Firm in Doha : 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• UPDA (Preferred)
• QID (Preferred)
