Mindy Webb Design is looking for a motivated Assistant Interior Designer to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of interior design experience who is eager to further develop their skills in high-end residential design while working closely with senior designers.

The Assistant Designer will help support the design team through all phases of projects, from concept development to installation, while gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative luxury studio environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of interior design experience (residential preferred)
• Degree in Interior Design or related field preferred
• Strong interest in luxury residential interiors
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through
• Ability to take direction and work collaboratively with senior designers
• Familiarity with furniture, lighting, textiles, and interior design vendors
• Ability to assist with sourcing, specifications, and design presentations
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Assist senior designers with project development and design concepts
• Support furniture and material sourcing
• Help prepare design presentations, mood boards, and client materials
• Assist with specifications, ordering, and tracking furniture and materials
• Coordinate with vendors and showrooms
• Assist with installations and project logistics
• Maintain organized project documentation and schedules
