DESIGN ASSISTANT

If you’re ready to build with us, we’re looking for someone with:
- Bachelor’s degree in interior design, marketing, or a related field preferred
- 1-3 years of interior design or design experience
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and sound judgment
- Outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills, with highly developed organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other computer applications
You’ll love this role if you’re excited to:
- Communicate and coordinate with external vendors and internal teams regarding timelines, deliverables, expectations, and all other needs related to design projects and installations
- Conduct on-site measurements at all locations to support design planning and installation accuracy
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for vendor installations
- Order and manage in-house decor and design materials
- Act as a liaison between design, marketing, and internal departments for all locations
- Research and identify new vendors, products, and design solutions as well as inspiration for new projects and design spaces
- Collect, compare, and analyze vendor quotes and develop full project cost comparisons of these quotes to support decision making
- Review materials, artwork, and mockups to ensure alignment with project goals and brand standards
- Create and prepare design files required for production and installation
- Maintain administrative tracking for all past and current design projects
- Support continuous improvement of design processes and documentation systems
- Work closely with leadership to assist with additional projects as needed
