Design Associate

The STILL Collective is seeking a highly organized, design-minded, and growth-oriented staging designer to work closely with our Founder and leadership team.

This is not a traditional assistant role. This is a career-track opportunity for someone who wants to grow within a fast-moving, design-driven company spanning home staging, interior design, retail, and creative operations.

We are looking for someone early in their career who is hungry, curious, resourceful, and eager to learn the inner workings of a growing lifestyle brand.About the Role

This position sits at the intersection of design, operations, and leadership support. You will work directly with the Founder to help drive projects forward, create structure behind creative ideas, and support the continued growth of The STILL Collective.

You will gain exposure to:

• Home staging operations
• Residential design
• Real estate partnerships
• Strategic planning for property transformations
• Budget management

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role with room to grow into leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Founder & Executive Support

• Manage scheduling, calendars, and shifting priorities
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and client communications
• Track project timelines and follow through on deliverables
• Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems
• Project on-site support

Design & Project Support

• Assist with design research and sourcing
• Reimagining spaces
• Help coordinate installations and staging projects
• Support client onboarding and documentation

• Strong communicator (written and verbal)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
