Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Junior Sales / Design Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with product selection, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting sales initiatives. Your enthusiasm and creativity will help inspire clients while ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and expertise.

Duties

• Greet, engage, and guide clients in selecting stone and tile for their projects, offering thoughtful design and provide tailored product recommendations
• Assist clients in selecting suitable natural stone products for indoor and outdoor applications
• Support the sales team by preparing quotes, processing orders, and following up on inquiries
• Collaborate with the design team to help visualize project ideas and create compelling presentations
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales activities, and product samples
• Contribute to a welcoming showroom environment by ensuring displays are attractive and well-stocked
• Stay informed about new products, industry trends, and company promotions to effectively communicate value to clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
