C3 Custom Builds is seeking a design-minded sales professional to guide homeowners through remodeling projects from concept to contract.

This role combines interior design, construction knowledge, and sales to help clients transform their homes while ensuring projects are financially viable and buildable.

The ideal candidate enjoys meeting clients, developing design concepts, discussing budgets, and closing remodeling projects.

Compensation

• Base salary: $55,000 – $65,000
• Commission: 2–4% of project revenue
• Expected total earnings: $90,000 – $150,000+
• Top performers selling $2M+ annually earn $150,000+

Leads are provided through company marketing and referrals.

What You'll Do

• Meet homeowners for design consultations
• Develop conceptual layouts and finish selections
• Create detailed project budgets
• Guide clients through material selections
• Present remodeling proposals
• Close design agreements and construction contracts
• Collaborate with project management during construction

Typical projects include:

• Kitchen remodels
• Bathroom remodels
• Whole-home renovations
• Additions
• Custom New Builds

Project sizes typically range from $40,000 – $350,000+.

Qualifications

Strong experience in one or more of the following:

• Interior design
• Residential remodeling
• Kitchen and bath design
• Construction estimating
• Home remodeling sales

Ideal candidates have:

• Strong client communication skills
• Ability to discuss project budgets comfortably
• Understanding of construction processes
• Passion for design and remodeling

Tools & Experience (Helpful but Not Required)

• Chief Architect
• SketchUp
• AutoCAD
• JobTread or BuilderTrend
• Material takeoffs
