Design Consultant

Studio Como is known for being one of the top modern European furniture showrooms in the country. With showrooms in Denver, Aspen, Salt Lake City and Bozeman, our regional presence and twenty year history has established Studio Como as an anchor in the Rocky Mountain design community. We are currently looking for a Design Consultant for our Denver showroom. We are driven by our mission of creating the most inspired residential environments for our clients and are looking for enthusiastic, creative and talented professionals to join our outstanding team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide a luxury design and retail experience to Studio Como clients and trade partners.
• Become an expert in educating clients on each product’s story and details.
• Oversee large-scale design projects from design through final installation.
• Produce design presentations and communicate design concepts, space planning and product selections.
• Service product inquiry and related sales tools requests (i.e. samples, tear sheets)
• Travel for in-home client consultations and visits to local trade professionals.
• Assist in maintaining the showroom design and visual standards.
• Collaborate with your peers and promote a positive team spirit.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1-3 years of interior design or relevant experience preferred.
• Architecture or Interior Design experience preferred.
• Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred.
• Highly organized, collaborative and results-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Mac and the Google Suite of Applications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD prefered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
