Design Consultant (Kitchens, Doors & Wardrobes)

Interwood Mobel is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Design Consultant specializing in Kitchens, Doors, and Wardrobes. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming client ideas into innovative designs, ensuring their vision is met throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires excellent communication and design skills, as you will be working closely with clients, architects, and installation teams.

• Engage with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for kitchen, door, and wardrobe designs.
• Create detailed 3D models and design proposals using appropriate design software.
• Conduct site visits for measurements and to assess project feasibility at various stages: pre-design, installation, and post-installation.
• Coordinate with technical and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Maintain and develop relationships with clients, architects, and contractors to facilitate project execution.
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing support and communication to clients throughout the project duration, including progress updates every two weeks.

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architectural Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in design consulting with a focus on kitchens, wardrobes, and doors.
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
