Position Title: Design Consultant – Textures & Architectural Finishes
Reporting To: Business Head: Projects, Sales & Strategic Execution
Divisions: Bluebird Paints/ Textures
Location: Karachi

Role Objective
The Design Consultant serves as the bridge between aesthetic design intent and on-
ground execution . This role focuses on engaging architects, interior designers, and end
clients to help them visualize, sel ect, and execute premium texture and finish
solutions .
By combining architectural insight with material knowledge , the consultant ensures
that each project reflects both design sophistication and technical precision . The
position supports Bluebird’s missio n to deliver premium Italian finishes through
professionally guided, design -led application systems.

Key Responsibilities
Design Advisory & Visualization
 Engage with architects, designers, and clients to interpret proje ct intent and
recommend suitable finishes.
 Present texture options, surface effects, and color palettes aligned with the
project’s design theme.
 Create or coordinate sample boards, mock -ups, and finish trials to help clients
visualize outcomes confidently.
 Ensure all proposed materials and finishes are technically feasible for exec ution
through certified Bluebird applicators.
Architect & Client Engagement
 Establish and maintain relationships with architectural and design firms,
contractors, and homeowners.
 Conduct presentations and product demos at studios, project sites, or design
meetups.
 Assist architects in including Blueb ird Textures in project specifications and
BOQs .

 Address client concerns regarding maintenance, durability, and aes thetic
longevity.
Execution Coordination
 Collaborate with Bluebird ’s on-site team to ensure approved finishes are applied
as per design and quality expectations.
 Supervise sampling, approvals, and completion documentation.
 Provide post -application feedback and maintain relationships for future referrals
and repeat business.
Market Awareness & Innovation
 Keep updated with global and local trends in architectural finishes, color theory,
and material technology.
 Identify design opportunities for cross -selling Paint and Polish solutions through
texture -driven projects.
 Share market insights with management to refine product offerings and visual
communication strategies.

Qualifications & Experience
 Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
 2–4 years of relevant experience in interior design, architectural material
advisory, or project coordination .
 Strong understanding of surface materials, textures, and aesthetic detailing .
 Skilled in client communication, design presentation, and visual storytelling.
 Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design tools preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Performance bonuses and reviews will be based on the following measurable criteria:
1. Architect Engagement & Activation
- Number of architects/interior designers engaged monthly
- Number of firm presentations or design library placements

2. Project Pipeline Development
- Number of projects specified in coordination with architects
- Number of samples/mockups converted into confirmed orders

3. Project Conversion & Execution Q uality
- Ratio of approved samples to executed projects
- Timely coordination with Paintit application teams and client satisfaction

4. Cross -Selling Performance
- Successful introduction of Paint or Polish solutions through texture -led projects

5. Market Awareness & Reporting
- Monthly reporting on market trends, design updates, and new opportunity identification

Additional Terms

- KPIs will be reviewed quarterly and used for evaluating bonuses, increments, and growth
opportunities.

- The c ompany reserves the right to revise compensation elements based on role expansion
or market evolution.
- Exceptional performers may be considered for promotion to Senior Design C onsultant or
Business Head – Architectural Finishes within 12 –18 months.

Pay: Rs175,000.00 - Rs190,000.00 per month
