Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and design-oriented Design Consultant / Sales Specialist to join our Houston showroom. This role blends client relationship management, interior design guidance, and sales execution.

The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and confident in guiding clients through the design and purchasing process—from initial consultation to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and trade professionals
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales and design process
• Consult with clients to understand their needs, style preferences, and project goals
• Recommend custom furniture, drapery, upholstery, and full interior solutions
• Work side by side with our internal workroom to complete projects from start to finish
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and invoices accurately
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and workrooms to ensure project success

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, interior design, or a related field preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for design, textiles, furniture, and interiors
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Bilingual is a Plus

Pay: $14.00 - $25.00 per hour
