Job Summary:
Responsible for leading and managing overall architectural design coordination between clients, consultants, project team, vendors & site execution teams to ensure project design intent is delivered with quality, accuracy and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead & supervise design development from concept stage to GFC stage.
  • Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, landscape, interior & PMC teams for complete design alignment.
  • Ensure all drawings, detailing & revisions are accurate and properly released for site execution.
  • Review BOQs, drawings, material specifications & technical submissions.
  • Monitor design progress vs project timelines & cost implications.
  • Conduct regular design coordination meetings & resolve design conflicts / clashes.
  • Support project planning team and ensure statutory compliance & approvals.
  • Maintain documentation, version control, revision logs & drawing release schedules.
  • Liaison with client for design approvals, feedback & quality expectations.

Profile Requirements:

  • B.Arch / M.Arch with 10+ years design coordination experience.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, drawings, codes, materials & construction detailing.
  • Excellent communication, leadership & stakeholder handling skills.
  • Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, MS Office, BIM tools preferred.
  • Experience in high rise / commercial / residential real estate projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
