Design Coordinator (International Projects)

We are seeking a highly organized Design Coordinator to manage and streamline coordination between the Development team and external design consultants across international projects. This role focuses on tracking design deliverables, ensuring timely submissions, and maintaining quality standards—without undertaking design work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for all design consultants
• Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP design activities
• Track drawings, RFIs, and submittals against project timelines
• Monitor design progress and report updates to the Director of Development
• Facilitate design meetings and manage documentation and communication
• Support value engineering and ensure design completeness

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• 5–8 years of experience in design/project coordination
• Strong knowledge of design documentation and processes
• Experience with Aconex, Procore, or similar platforms
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• International project experience is a plus
