Design Director

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Design Director to lead our creative direction and oversee all design initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong artistic leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to guide a team of designers in producing impactful visual content across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall visual and creative direction of design projects across print, digital, and multimedia platforms.
• Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers, illustrators, and creative professionals.
• Develop creative concepts and ensure brand consistency across all design outputs.
• Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and production teams to deliver high-quality visual content.
• Review and approve design layouts, graphics, and final deliverables.
• Oversee design workflows, timelines, and project management to ensure deadlines are met.
• Stay updated on design trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
• Maintain high standards of creativity, innovation, and visual storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior design or creative leadership role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative direction and design expertise.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and digital design.
• Ability to manage multiple creative projects in a fast-paced environment.
