Senior Graphic Designer

Job Summary:
The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality visual designs that support the company’s branding, marketing campaigns, and communication strategies. This role involves leading design projects, mentoring junior designers, and ensuring all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for digital and print media.
• Lead and manage design projects from concept to final delivery.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all marketing materials.
• Collaborate with marketing teams, copywriters, and stakeholders to produce effective visual content.

• Design materials such as advertisements, social media posts, brochures, presentations, and website visuals.
• Stay updated with industry trends and design technologies.
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and professional design work.
• Advanced knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
• Experience with UI/UX tools like Figma is a plus.
• Excellent typography, layout, and branding skills.
• Strong communication, creativity, and time management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in advertising or creative agencies.
• Knowledge of motion graphics tools such as Adobe After Effects.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
