We are not looking for a traditional designer who just sits behind a desk pasting logos onto templates. We are looking for a creative powerhouse—a multimedia storyteller who can take premium food products (from raw wholesale inventory to finished consumer items) and make them look world-class.
This is an in-house, full-time role where you will completely own the visual identity of our food brands. You will bridge the gap between high-end corporate B2B design (catalogs, company profiles, internal culture) and high-velocity digital media production (short-form reels, product shoots, and AI-accelerated workflows). If you know how to make food look incredibly appetizing on camera and can design a flawless printable corporate brochure the next day, we want you.
What You Will Do1. Premium Graphic Design & Corporate Branding
- B2B & B2C Assets: Design high-end, print-ready product catalogs, wholesale brochures, corporate presentation decks, and packaging layouts.
- Brand Integrity: Maintain a clean, premium, and unified visual identity across multiple sister companies under our group, including food trading and logistics.
- Internal Culture: Partner with HR and management to design vibrant internal communications, employee handbooks, and official company announcement graphics.
2. End-to-End Content Production (Shooting & Editing)
- The Studio & The Field: Drop into our facilities or kitchen setups to direct, light, frame, and shoot high-quality food photography and videography.
- Scroll-Stopping Video: Edit high-yield short-form content (Instagram Reels, TikToks, LinkedIn corporate spotlights) with snappy pacing, clean color grading, and dynamic typography.
- B2B Showcases: Produce clean, professional corporate video walkthroughs showing our supply chain, logistics strengths, and high-standard food processing environments.
3. AI-Powered Creative Workflow Optimization
- Work Smarter, Not Harder: Leverage advanced generative AI tools to rapidly upscale production.
- Next-Gen Execution: Use tools like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or Stable Diffusion to build commercial-grade background sets for products, saving time on physical prop styling. Use AI audio cleaning, automated captioning, and generative fill to drastically reduce post-production timelines.
What You Bring to the Table
- UAE Food/FMCG Experience (Mandatory): You have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on creative experience in Dubai/UAE, specifically working with food brands, distributors, HORECA suppliers, or FMCG agencies. You know how to make food look premium, clean, and hygienic.
- The Adobe Power Suite: Flawless proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro / After Effects.
- Mobile & Camera Agility: You understand lighting, angles, and framing for both DSLR/Mirrorless setups and high-end mobile content creation.
- AI Literacy: You don't just use ChatGPT for captions. You actively integrate generative AI into your design and video pipelines to solve creative problems faster.
- Corporate Maturity: You can switch gears seamlessly from an energetic social media reel to a strictly formatted, corporate PDF report.
