Liventra Properties is a growing real estate company in Dubai, committed to delivering exceptional property solutions and innovative marketing strategies. We are looking for a talented and creative Content Creator & Graphic Designer with Dubai real estate experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Design marketing materials such as property brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and digital advertisements.
• Produce and edit videos, reels, and promotional content for property listings.
• Develop creative campaigns to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
• Manage and maintain social media content calendars.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling property marketing campaigns.
• Ensure all branding and marketing materials maintain a professional and consistent appearance.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai real estate marketing.
• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and Canva.
• Strong photography, videography, and video editing skills.
• Experience creating social media content and managing online platforms.
• Excellent communication and creative storytelling skills.
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends is highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
