Role Summary

We're looking for a senior creative who blends high-level graphic design with content creation and a sharp marketing mind. This is a hands-on role for someone who can own the visual and content output end to end — from concept to publication — while understanding how design drives engagement, leads, and brand growth. You'll set the creative standard, produce work across channels, and make decisions grounded in marketing goals, not just aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and creation of content across digital and print: social media, campaigns, web, email, ads, video, and brand collateral.
• Plan, shoot, edit, and produce content (graphics, short-form video, photography, motion) for social and marketing channels.
• Develop creative concepts that align with marketing objectives and campaign strategy.
• Own and evolve the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership to translate business goals into compelling creative.
• Use performance data (engagement, reach, conversions) to refine content and design decisions.
• Manage multiple projects and timelines, and mentor or guide junior designers where needed.
• Stay ahead of design, content, and social media trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Required Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• [5+] years of professional experience in design and content creation, ideally within a marketing context.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both design craft and content that performed.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing (Premiere, After Effects, or CapCut).
• Solid understanding of marketing principles, social media platforms, and what drives engagement.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Preferred / Bonus Skills

• Familiarity with AI design and content tools.
• Photography and videography skills.
• Copywriting ability for captions, ads, and short-form content.
• Experience with analytics tools and reporting.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
