Design Director – Luxury Remodeling

Kitchens by Good Guys is seeking a Design Manager to lead our design team in delivering exceptional client experiences and beautiful, high-end remodeling projects.

This role is ideal for someone with strong design leadership, sales ability, accountability, and team development skills. The right candidate will be excited to lead and coach the team while also having the opportunity to personally produce and earn commission.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and coach the design team
• Oversee design, selections, proposals, and client communication
• Support team sales and project conversion
• Ensure design accuracy, organization, and smooth handoff to production
• Maintain strong standards for CRM updates, documentation, and client service
• Help hire, train, and develop Designers
• Personally contribute to design sales and production as needed, with commission opportunity

What you bring:

• 5+ years of experience in remodeling, kitchen and bath design
• Leadership or team mentoring experience
• Strong design-sales background
• Proficiency in 2020 Design or similar software
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Pay: $74,122.66 - $120,000.00 per year
