Overview

As Design Director for Bedding, you will lead the creative vision and strategy for top-of-bed collections. You will oversee the design and merchandising of sheets, duvets, and quilts, merging artistry with commercial intuition. This role requires a visionary to inspire a design team while ensuring products align with trends and brand excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define seasonal vision to balance market trends with artistic innovation.
  • Oversee pricing and product mix to meet aesthetic and consumer goals.
  • Direct the development of original prints, weaves, and fabric techniques.
  • Convert research into actionable seasonal directions.
  • Manage tech packs and construction to preserve design intent through production.
  • Foster a culture of professional excellence and inspired creativity within the team.
  • Manage team project workflows to ensure timely, high-quality execution.

Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Textile/Fashion/Graphic Design, Fine Arts or related.
  • 10+ years experience in design in home textiles, décor, furniture, or accessories.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of color theory, print/pattern design, and material selection.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction, materials, and manufacturing processes.

Job Details: In-office, 5 days a week (Monday–Friday)

*EnVogue reserves the right to adjust the salary, within or beyond the stated range, based on factors such as candidate experience, market conditions, and internal compensation structures.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
