About the Role

An exciting opportunity for a Design Director to join a global creative agency based in Dubai. The agency works with renowned brands solving complex business and brand challenges in creative ways.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with the Management Team, establish and enforce creative vision and beliefs
• Oversee creative output and ensure delivery of innovative, brand-led, high caliber creative
• Support on new business and pitch creative content
• Develop team design approaches to complex design challenges across moving images, packaging, brand development, corporate identity, mobile, digital and UX projects

What We Need

• Must have agency experience
• Open to Senior Designer looking for next career development or current Design Director
• Experience in a client facing position
• Broad creative and management experience
• Strategic thinker who understands branding
• Team lead and team player
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic design, communication, design, fine arts, or related field
