Design Documentation Manager- Ahmedabad - Packaging Machinery

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle day-to-day design and documentation activities (DQ, IQ, OQ, Validation, Operating Manuals, etc.)
• Prepare AutoCAD 2D Drawings (GA, Layouts, Part Drawings)
• Use measuring instruments and have basic knowledge of standard mechanical components
• Create detailed 2D & 3D CAD / SolidWorks / Solid Edge models and drawings
• Conduct design reviews and make revisions based on feedback and testing results
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation – design specs, drawings, and user manuals
• Work closely with the production and quality assurance teams to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective.
• · Set design direction and standards for manufacturing equipment and processes
• Design and develop manufacturing equipment, including machinery and tooling
• Ensure equipment meets safety, quality, and productivity requirements
• Identify areas for improvement in manufacturing operations and develop solutions

REQUISITE SKILLS:

• Proficient in AUTOCAD/SOLIDWORKS/SOLID EDGE software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Accurate and strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office and popular design software.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in design engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or relevant field
• Software: AUTOCAD/SOLIDWORKS/SOLID EDGE
• Experience – 8+ years

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
