Design Educator

Description:

As a Design Educator at Lamba, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, interactive lessons and workshops that inspire students to explore design within a dynamic STEAM environment. You will create engaging educational content, including presentations, lesson plans, guides, and outlines, and work on design initiatives and related opportunities. You will actively participate in meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities organized by the company, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement. You will contribute to research and development efforts to enhance program relevance and effectiveness while ensuring full compliance with the educator’s guide and company policies and procedures. This position requires a collaborative spirit, a passion for teaching, and the ability to follow directions and guidance from management to help achieve the Center’s educational goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging, interactive lessons and workshops focused primarily on design within the STEAM framework.
• Create and maintain educational materials, including presentations, lesson plans, guides, and outlines.
• Work on design-related initiatives and identify new opportunities to enrich programs.
• Attend meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities organized by the company.
• Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for potential improvements in program delivery and content.
• Ensure compliance with the educator’s guide and all company policies and procedures.
• Participate in research and development processes to enhance program effectiveness and relevance.
• Follow directions and instructions from managers and supervisors to align with organizational goals and standards.

Qualifications:

• Saudi National (required).
• Female candidate with a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Design or a closely related field (e.g., Architecture, Interior Design).
• Prior teaching, training, or educational experience is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated passion for STEAM education and inspiring students.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Coding experience or familiarity with basic programming concepts is a plus.
• Creative, adaptable, and committed to professional growth and collaboration.
