Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Education, PGCE, or equivalent
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent professional certification
  • Experience delivering the British curriculum is essential, at EYFS and/or primary level


Essential Skills: To succeed in this role, you will be a passionate, skilled, and dedicated educator with a genuine commitment to delivering the highest quality British curriculum education in an international setting. Whether your expertise lies in EYFS or primary, you will have a strong understanding of the relevant curriculum frameworks and the ability to create engaging, inclusive learning environments that meet the needs of every child. You will plan thoughtfully, assess meaningfully, and use your insight into each child's progress to adapt your teaching and drive continuous improvement. Excellent communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues are essential, as is a collaborative spirit and a reflective, growth-oriented approach to your own professional development. You will share the school's ambition for its students and bring energy, warmth, and high expectations to everything you do. Experience in an international or multicultural setting is a strong advantage.

Safeguarding Skills and Qualities Required for International Teachers: The safety and well-being of every child is the foremost priority in this role and across the wider school community. All applicants must be able to demonstrate a strong and genuine commitment to safeguarding and child protection, with a clear understanding of their professional responsibilities in this area. You will be expected to uphold professional boundaries at all times, act swiftly and appropriately in response to any concerns, and play an active role in maintaining a culture of vigilance and care. Familiarity with international child protection frameworks and experience within a safer recruitment environment will be viewed favourably. All successful candidates will be subject to comprehensive background and security checks before appointment.
