Design Engineer

Mynt Labs is at the forefront of AI innovation, and we are looking for a talented and passionate Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team in Bahrain. This is a full-time, on-site role where you'll be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our user interfaces, from research and design to implementation and optimization. Key Responsibilities

• User Research & Design: Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and AI-based applications.
• UI/UX Best Practices: Apply best practices in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design, ensuring consistency, usability, and accessibility.
• Creative Design System Management: Contribute to and maintain our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products.
• Motion Design: Experience with the creation of 2D and 3D rendering or animation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, backend developers, and other designers, to define features, limitations, and key evaluation metrics.
• Frontend Development: Translate UI/UX designs into functional, responsive, and high-performance frontend code using modern web technologies.
• Innovation & Trends: Stay current with the latest advancements in UI/UX design trends, frontend development frameworks (e.g.,React, Angular, Vue.js), and tools, bringing new ideas and technologies to the team.

Required Qualifications

• Design Fundamentals: Deep understanding of UI/UX design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and visual design.
• Prototyping Tools: Proven experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Framer or Adobe XD.
• Responsive Design: Experience building responsive and accessible user interfaces.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex user needs into practical design and development solutions.
• Technical Skills: Strong programming skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with extensive experience with modern frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Experience

• Version Control: Familiarity with Git and version control practices for collaborative development.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating your UI/UX design and frontend development work.
• Frameworks: Experience with component libraries and design systems.
