- Expertise in CATIA V5 Electrical for 3d wiring harness routing
- Extensive design experience of Electrical routings & packaging
- Expertise of Electrical components packaging and integration (Bracket design)
- Clash analysis, DMU
- Expertise in design of clamps , brackets, panels, grommets, seals, fuse box & channels for wiring harness at desired locations.
- Knowledge of DFMEA
- Knowledge o f Info fitment drawing preparation
- Selection of proper retention items (e.g. retention clips, cable ties, etc.) while 3D model routing.
- Selection of harness coverings (e.g. conduit, tape, premium sleeving, etc.) based on 3D model routing and packaging and surrounding geometry.
- Release in PLM
- ECN management.
