Design Engineer

Civil Designer (BIM & AutoCAD Expert) – Immediate Joiner

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate civil engineering drawings and 3D models using BIM software (Revit, Civil 3D, InfraWorks) and AutoCAD (2D/3D).
• Coordinate with Architectural and MEP teams to ensure seamless integration, especially for fit-out and interior-related works.
• Prepare and manage design documentation packages with high precision and timely submission.
• Review, verify, and comment on contractors’ shop drawings and material submittals.
• Implement, follow, and maintain company CAD/BIM standards across all projects.
• Participate in design review meetings and support project execution teams with technical input.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Civil Designer or Draftsman.
• Essential: Strong hands-on experience in BIM (Revit / Civil 3D).
• Essential: Expert proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
• Preferred: Experience in fit-out and interior coordination projects.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes and design standards.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong preference for candidates who can join immediately.
