Design Engineer

Mandatory : Platice Injection Moulding Industires experiance

Experiance :1 years to 10 years

1. Can independently design Low and medium complex Mould designs

2. Must know DFM, 3D mould design, 2D drawing creation, Electrode design

3. Fluency in Mould design with NX / VISI and Autocad

4. Can produce 2D drawings for electrode designs

5. Hand on experience on 2D drawing preparations for Mould child parts.

6. Able to grasp and learn 3D design under the guidance

7. Responsible to design moulds in the given schedule

8. Knowledge of steel grades selection and heat treatment process

9. BOM preparation and checking.

10. Responsible to adhere to the design standards and maitain accuracy of the design

11. Must perform self checking of the design to ensure compliance to the requirement and functioning

12. Responsible to maintain all design hours and records of data and document control

13. Good Communication skills ( Tamil, Kanada & English )

14. Willing to work in shifts 8. Knowledge of steel grades selection and heat treatment process

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
