Job Title: Design Engineer – Water Pipeline Projects (Oman)

Location: Oman

Experience: 8–10 years

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Design Engineer to lead and support design activities for water transmission and distribution pipeline projects . The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in pipeline routing, hydraulic calculations, pumping systems, and preparation of design drawings as per international and Oman standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and review designs for water pipeline networks , pumping stations, and associated infrastructure.
• Perform hydraulic design, flow calculations, and material selection .
• Prepare and check AutoCAD drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation .
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams for design compliance.
• Ensure designs meet Oman local authority requirements and project specifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering.
• 8–10 years of design experience with a strong focus on water pipeline projects .
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, WaterGEMS / EPANET , and related design tools.
• Strong understanding of Oman water standards and utility guidelines .
• Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.
