Job Description

Plastic Injection Moulding Knowledge Preferred

• Independently design medium to complex moulds and electrodes
• Prepare and study DFM (Design for Manufacturing)
• Create 3D mould designs and 2D drawings
• Perform electrode design and detailing
• Use NX and AutoCAD efficiently for mould design
• Prepare, check, and release designs as per standards
• Maintain accuracy and adherence to design standards
• Perform self-checking of designs for functionality and compliance
• Prepare and verify BOM
• Select suitable steel grades and understand heat treatment processes
• Knowledge of surface finishing technologies
• Knowledge of hot runner system (HRS) selection and hot runner mould design
• Provide necessary design inputs and meet project schedules
• Maintain design hours, records, and document control
• Guide and support junior designers in concepts, detailing, and 2D drawings
• Assist in solving complex design challenges
• Willing to work in shifts

Skills Required:

• Strong mould design knowledge
• Good communication skills (Tamil, Kannada, English)
• Ability to work independently and lead junior designers

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
