Design Engineer

Location: Pentagon Forge & machine Ltd

Responsibilities:

• Prepare 2D & 3D drawings using AutoCAD / NX software.
• Develop product designs as per customer requirements.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and purchase departments.
• Support new product development (NPD) activities.
• Drawing Knowledge.
• Process Drawing .
• Control plan.
• Modeling And drafting knowledge.

Required Skills:

• Understanding of CNC/VMC machining processes
• Using AutoCAD / NX software.
• Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
• Basic knowledge of material properties and manufacturing methods
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Qualification:

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: 2–5 years (Manufacturing Industry preferred)

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in forging unit or machine shop
• Knowledge of ISO standards
• Ability to handle customer drawings and technical discussions.
