Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop detailed engineering plans, drawings, and specifications for various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers and construction teams, to ensure seamless integration of design concepts.
• Perform technical calculations and simulations to validate design integrity and functionality.
• Review and analyze project requirements, proposing practical and efficient solutions.
• Prepare reports and presentations for clients, providing insights into design processes and project progress.
• Ensure that all design work complies with local regulations, safety standards, and sustainability practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest engineering technologies, trends, and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or relevant field).
• 2-5 years of experience in design engineering, preferably within the construction or infrastructure sectors.
• Solid understanding of engineering principles, standards, and codes of practice.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex designs to clients and stakeholders.
• Experience working in the UAE or similar international markets is preferred.
