Design Engineer Civil (Freshers)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Formwork Designer with a solid construction background to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

● Prepare detailed formwork drawings and layout plans as per project requirements

● Collaborate with structural engineers, project managers, and site teams to develop efficient formwork systems

● Create 2D/3D models and ensure drawings are accurate, clear, and in line with construction standards

● Modify and revise designs based on feedback from the engineering or site teams

● Support the estimation and planning teams with formwork material requirements

● Ensure compliance with safety and structural integrity standards in all designs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

● Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Tekla, BricsCAD, or BIM software is an advantage

● Strong understanding of construction processes, structural detailing, and formwork systems

● Attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to work in a team

● Familiarity with Indian construction codes and practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
