Design Engineer - Electrodes

Mandatory : Plastic Injection Moulding

Minimum 2 to 5 years

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Can independently design Low and medium complex Mould designs

2. Fluency in Electrode design with NX / VISI CAD and Autocad 3 Knowledge on Electrode spark gap consideration

3. Fluency in Mould design with NX / VISI and Autocad

4. Can guide junior Electrode designers in concept and detailing

5. Hand on experience on 2D drawing preparations.

6. Able to grasp and learn 3D design under the guidance

7. Knowledge of surface finishing technology

8. Responsible to adhere to the design standards and maitain accuracy of the design

9. Responsible to maintain all design hours and records of data and document control

10. Must perform self checking of the design to ensure compliance to the requirement and functioning

11. Responsible to design Electrodes in the given schedule

12. Good Communication skills ( Tamil, Kanada & English )

13. Willing to work in shifts 6. Knowledge on Electrode BOM preparation and checking.

Qualification : Diploma / BE / PD in Tool Design / Tool Making

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
