Location: Dubai, UAE

Are you skilled in estimating interior design projects? Join our dynamic team and contribute to high-end residential and commercial spaces!

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimate costs and materials for both residential and commercial interior design projects.
• Utilize Plan Swift to calculate areas and quantities efficiently.
• Prepare and manage detailed cost breakdowns using MS Excel.
• Collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and clients to ensure accurate project estimations.
• Analyze project specifications and review drawings to provide comprehensive cost assessments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an estimator in interior design projects (both residential and commercial).
• Proficiency in MS Excel with a strong ability to handle complex data and create detailed reports.
• Working knowledge of AUTOCAD & Plan Swift for area and quantity calculations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in estimating.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Experience:

• Interior Design Industry: 3 years (Preferred)
