Design & Estimation Engineer

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for estimation as well as post-contract management for civil, Structure, MEP, interior fit-out, and joinery projects. Only candidates with prior Building, villa, Joinery & Interior Fit-Out Experience in UAE should apply.

Responsibilities

• Review of tender documents and understanding the project requirements and scope of work
• Preparation of Bill of Quantities and Quotations for Building, Villa, Interior Fit-Out, Civil & Joinery Projects
• Taking-off quantities from CAD drawings
• Cost estimation for Civil, Structural, MEP, Joinery, and other Fit-Out related works including preparation of cost build-ups
• Obtaining quotes from suppliers and subcontractors as necessary for the projects
• Post contract cost and contract management

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification: Civil Engineering Diploma

Good Skills: AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Skills

Experience: Minimum 5 years UAE as Estimator

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
