The Role We are seeking a high-caliber Design & Estimation Engineer to lead the technical development and costing of our LV panel and ventilation product lines. This is a pivotal role that combines technical design mastery with commercial acumen to ensure project profitability and manufacturing precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Engineering Design: Develop and approve SLDs, wiring diagrams, and schematics using AutoCAD Electrical and EPLAN.
• Estimation & BOM: Prepare accurate cost estimations (materials, labor, manufacturing) and manage BOM release in Odoo ERP.
• Product Development: Lead localization and New Product Development (NPD) for fans and distribution boards.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless project execution.
• Technical Compliance: Ensure all designs meet company standards and internal quality benchmarks.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
• Experience: 3–5 years in LV panel design and/or industrial ventilation systems.
• Software Proficiency: Expert level in AutoCAD, EPLAN, and Excel. Experience with Odoo ERP is highly preferred.
• Residency: Must hold a Transferable Iqama and be currently based in Saudi Arabia.
• Skills: Strong analytical mindset, leadership potential, and excellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus).

الغرض من الوظيفة: نبحث عن مهندس تصميم وتسعير ذو كفاءة عالية لتولي مسؤولية التطوير الفني وتقدير التكاليف لخطوط إنتاج لوحات الجهد المنخفض وأنظمة التهوية، مع الربط بين الدقة الهندسية والربحية التجارية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• التصميم الهندسي: تطوير واعتماد المخططات الكهربائية (SLDs) ورسوم الأسلاك باستخدام AutoCAD Electrical و EPLAN.
• التسعير وقوائم المواد (BOM): إعداد تقديرات دقيقة لتكاليف المواد والعمالة والتصنيع، وإدارة إصدار قوائم المواد عبر نظام Odoo ERP.
• تطوير المنتجات: قيادة مشاريع توطين الصناعة وتطوير المنتجات الجديدة (NPD) للمراوح ولوحات التوزيع.
• التنسيق الفني: العمل مع فرق الإنتاج والجودة وسلاسل الإمداد لضمان تنفيذ المشاريع بسلاسة.
• الالتزام بالمعايير: ضمان مطابقة التصاميم لسياسات الشركة ومعايير الجودة الداخلية.

المتطلبات الوظيفية:

• المؤهل العلمي: بكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الميكاترونكس.
• الخبرة: من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في تصميم لوحات الجهد المنخفض أو أنظمة التهوية الصناعية.
• المهارات التقنية: إتقان برامج AutoCAD و EPLAN و Excel. يفضل من لديه خبرة في نظام Odoo ERP.
• الإقامة: يجب أن تكون الإقامة قابلة للتحويل (داخل المملكة العربية السعودية).
• المهارات الشخصية: قدرة تحليلية قوية، مهارات قيادية، وإتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية).
