Duration: Internship (4–6 Months) - leading to Job based on excellent Performance

Note: This position is not applicable to Civil Engineering graduates; relevant applications only will be reviewed. Females Preferred.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Design & Estimation Intern to support the engineering team in preparing design layouts, cost estimates, and technical documentation. This role offers hands-on experience in project planning, estimation techniques, and engineering design processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing design drawings, layouts, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
• Support in cost estimation and budgeting for projects
• Analyze technical specifications, drawings, and tender documents
• Coordinate with design and site teams for data collection and validation
• Help in preparing proposals, reports, and project documentation
• Maintain records of materials, costs, and vendor quotations
• Assist in reviewing project requirements and identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Ensure compliance with company standards and industry practices

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics.
• Basic understanding of design principles and estimation concepts
• Familiarity with AutoCAD & Revit, Excel, or relevant software is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of BOQ preparation and cost analysis
• Basic understanding of project planning and execution
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
