What you'll do...
  • Maintain departmental records, including MSDS, Safety Training Records, and supplier lists
  • Manage the purchasing ordering system for Design Studios and Fabrication including writing and executing orders in Ariba
  • Manage storage facilities for Design Studio and Fabrication materials
  • Provide the main interface to Corporate Safety office for Studio and Fabrication affairs
  • Lead community service and donation efforts for Studios and Fabrication
  • Lead ordering activities for departmental needs for FAB card purchases and provide monthly reconciliation input
  • Lead ordering activities for required materials for Studio and Fabrication models and properties through dealer channels
  • Lead ordering activities through GPIRS to support Studio and Fabrication models
  • Provide main interface to Ford Land and Trades for facilities related items
  • Forecast and manage material forecasts for Design Studio and Fabrication materials
You'll have...
  • Experience in Business or Communication.
  • Understanding of Fabrication / Studio processes.
  • Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Well organized with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in the use of standard company software (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Proficient in the use of the Internet/Web.
  • Experience organizing and coordinating agendas for meetings.
Even better you may have...
  • Bachelors Degree in Business or Communication.
  • Has worked with designers and/or in a creative environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment with ability to adapt to constant shifts in priority.

This position is a salary grade range of 6 - 7 and ranges from $74,300 - $166,200.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
