Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from concept development to final execution.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget.
• Prepare and review detailed layouts, 2D designs, mood boards, presentations, and material selections.
• Conceptualize and develop creative design solutions, including space planning and conceptual planning for projects.
• Proficiently use tools such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3D visualization software, and other relevant design tools to bring concepts to life.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants for smooth project delivery.
• Supervise site execution, ensuring that the design intent is maintained throughout.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, innovative materials, and emerging technologies.
• Work closely with the Directors for project updates, approvals, and strategic decisions.
• Manage the design team, with all other design staff reporting to the Studio Head.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Interior Design.
• Minimum 13-14 years of experience in interior designing (residential/commercial/hospitality).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office. Knowledge of 3ds Max, Revit, or other
• visualization tools is a plus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of completed projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong team leadership and project management abilities.
• Attention to detail with a creative flair.

Preferred Qualities:

Preferred MALE Candidate

Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects.

Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and current market trends.

A proactive, positive attitude with problem-solving skills.

Education: Diploma, Degree (in interior designing)

Working Hours : 10.30 AM to 06.30 PM (May Extend As Per Work - Sometimes)
