About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Design Head to lead our studio and deliver exceptional luxury turnkey residential projects. This role is for a design leader who can set strong creative direction, maintain high execution standards, and consistently translate client aspirations into refined, end-to-end interior solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design vision and quality standards across all luxury turnkey residential projects, from concept to handover.
• Own end-to-end design delivery including client briefing, concept development, detailed drawings, and execution alignment
• Review and approve layouts, material selections, finishes, and 3D visuals to meet premium benchmarks
• Collaborate closely with sales, project, and execution teams to ensure design feasibility, timelines, and budget alignment
• Mentor and manage the design team, driving accountability, consistency, and high-quality output
• Conduct site reviews to ensure design intent, detailing accuracy, and superior execution across turnkey projects

Eligibility & Skill Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in residential interior design, with leadership exposure
• Strong expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp / 3DS Max, V-Ray, Photoshop or equivalent tools
• Deep understanding of luxury materials, finishes, detailing, and turnkey execution
• Proven client-handling capability for high-value residential projects
• Strong balance of creative vision and practical problem-solving

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
