Finch & Fern + The Bradbury Bistro | Downtown Anderson

We are seeking someone who appreciates beauty, detail, and experience.

This is not a typical retail or restaurant position—it’s a blended role across two spaces rooted in design, hospitality, and curated living: Finch & Fern, our home and interior design shop, and The Bradbury Bistro, our European-inspired café and wine bar.

If you love interiors, antiques, coffee, wine, and creating meaningful experiences for others, this may be a natural fit.

About the RoleThis position can be structured as part-time (Finch & Fern) or full-time (a blended role between both locations).

You will work closely alongside ownership, assisting with both the creative and operational sides of the business.

What You’ll Do

At Finch & Fern:

• Assist in sourcing and researching antiques and unique design pieces
• Assist in curating wine/coffee/charcuterie menus
• Support auction pickups and buying opportunities
• Clean, prep, style, and merchandise inventory
• Price and present items thoughtfully within the store
• Assist customers with purchases and sourcing pieces for their homes

At The Bradbury Bistro:

• Support coffee and wine service with care and attention to detail
• Help create a warm, welcoming guest experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and beautiful environment

Who You Are

• You have a natural eye for design, styling, and presentation
• You enjoy working with your hands and bringing objects back to life
• You are curious and enjoy researching items, history, and sourcing
• You are polished, warm, and confident with customer interaction
• You thrive in a fast-paced but thoughtful environment
• You are dependable, self-motivated, and take initiative
• Barista and Wine knowledge a plus

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• Weekend availability is mandatory
• Ability to lift, move, and handle furniture and inventory
• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or design is a plus—but not required
