Duties

• Assist with managing our Branford showroom and Design Studio.
• Assist with preparation of design presentations and materials selections
• Assist with field measures, client meetings, site meetings, and project management.
• Assist with organizing design files and materials, project documentation, preparing installation packages, drawings, and specifications for installation team.
• Assist with preparing and posting content for social media posts and website.
• Greet clients and walk-ins with a friendly and welcoming manner. Provide general hospitality to clients, including offering beverages, etc.
• Answer phone calls, discuss our process with new clients, field customer service calls. Assist with scheduling and confirming appointments / meetings and site visits.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, file management, and organization. Assist with ordering office supplies and showroom materials.
• Receive constructive feedback from senior designers and incorporate revisions effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Capable of learning new design software efficiently
• Strong attention to detail with excellent visual communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively part of a team
• Willing to evolve with a growing company in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Eagerness to learn new methods and adapt to evolving project needs

We offer space planning services, detailed custom cabinetry design, material and product selection support, provide high quality materials, and manage the remodeling process from demolition to installation of finish materials. Our design-build approach offers our clients a holistic and collaborative process, budget-conscious project planning, and a hands-on remodeling experience.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
